COCO FARM & WINERY, located at the foot of mountain vineyards opened in 1950s, makes wine from 100% Japanese grapes.
We do not use herbicides or chemical fertilizers at all in our own fields, and the fermentation in the brewery use natural wild yeasts and wild lactic acid bacteria mainly.
We cherish to listen the voice of the grapes, "I want to be such kind of wine," and make the most of their characteristics.
You can also experience a winery tour (500 yen) and tasting (1,000 yen) at the wine shop. The on-site café serves homemade wines and dishes prepared with fresh local ingredients.
